Default my friend needs help with his b20-vtec in a 91 'teg

ok, yea, he has a b20 with a b16a head (all stock internals, if you could call it stock). he has an aftermarket chipped ecu and a field's afc. his car is running okay and all, but i was wondering if any of you guys would know how to set the damn afc. his car seems to be running under full potential, as he only ran a 14.6 at the tracks...

Could be a lot of things. How is the ECU chipped? is it just an LS ecu with different rev limit, or is it chipped for the swap? Also, have you compression/etc. tested the motor?
