The level 3cam is VERY aggressive. That is what I'm running. Idle is around 1500rpm and very lopey. But it pulls al the way to 8000krpm. A bigger exhaust and I could get more with no problem. This is on a F23 bottom and F22a head.

"Well gents... more bad news. The motor is hurt. It appears to have dead cylinders as well as low water and there is oil in the rad - not good. Explains why the damn thing sounded like a WRX on the dyno. Wont know the exact cause till I get it apart.

This year just wasnt my year... The motor will be coming out and wont be back in till next year. The wheels are already in motion for the new setup. It will be bigger and better.

For the rest of the season I will be focusing on the B-series CRX. We will be getting it ready for World Cup in November."

I'm not sure if its appropriate to ask this here(first post and I'm clueless). However I have an f23a1 motor right now and I was going to swap the head for an h22 head. Can any one give me an idea of what parts I will need for the switch. I just want to know how big of a hole im getting myself into. Thanks for any help even if its for a better place to ask this!
