ok, maybe my question was a little stupid, ill try to rephrase; What can be causing such a fucked up compression in all my cylinders?

you need any or or all of the following: you won't know for sure until you tear it down.
A valve job or new valves.
ring job or new pistons or both.
bore the cylinders or resleeve the bores.
replace head gasket.
or buy a junkyard engine and save the $$$ and headaches
Like I did.
1 cylinder was down to like 110 so I'm putting in a B17
