No my ... I did not bring the canera with me when I did it...
To shim the clutches. What I did is nothing special! There is a thrust washer like a mainshaft on a transmission, I turned another shim 0.020" thicker than the original one

There is a guy here in San Antonio TX, that has a B20B boost 9 psi with the AWD system. It is not joke, sleeper from hell. But putting a H series in a CRV? thats bad ***! has some wicked power for a vehicle that heavy, props on the build. Sometimes things dont go they way you wanted them but hell! This is definitely out of the box man. good job!
like to see more of this, CRV's are badass.

Re: My CRVTEC H2B 4x4 & possibly rwd
here is some more!
I mounted the top plate upside down (like the opposite of an extended top plate) because I wanted to get the suspension higher
I did the bushing with bronze insert with grease groove for best lubrication, that was so perfect until I realized that the LCA doesnt juste movea up and down, it is also moving front to rear... so on Monday morning I will call some rubebr bushing like oem replacement, or a greasable spherical bearing!

that's the way I thought that was the best to keep the shocks still useable on a civic/integra, just gotta cut the welds, a little buffer work and voila!

If you do install the welded clutch pack please be aware that welding on powdered metal components (the gear piece) it is very difficult prevent the welds from cracking or breaking. I would be prepared to take the diff back apart within a few months of driving with it installed just to inspect and be sure you havent broken it.
I used to be a metallurgy engineer for a powdered metal company before I switched to my current job. We had a hard time welding parts for Honda and Ford projects specifically. the best results came from laser welding. Hopefully the shaft doesnt rip loose. You'll know when it does though. Keep your tractor buddy's phone number handy
