I would start by going through your entire harness and looking for broken wires that are shorting out. Start where the harness goes through the firewall.

Just an idea, couldn't he wire up a small amperage fuse so while he's testing he'd be blowing fuses instead of more ECUs?

possibly im not up on electronics on the ecu, but it is OBDI.

Also, as for the amp tester? I have a Snap-On continuity tester... so everything checked out there. Its just weird that my Cx ecu worked and Ive blown 2 integra ecus.

i found that it is a sleeved ground. As long as you DONT smoke the entire board, then it is fixable. I figured I would post this up for all of those who may have a problem themselves. You need to Do the Wiring all over again! Pull your harness get the cars wiring diagram and get the Motors wiring diagram. You will need to check all the wires, this is definately a wiring problem. Run your wirings and you should find the problem. As you can see I have a b18c OBDI into an EG. If you have any questions let me know. Im going to post this up in the eg+ forum too.
