Default mount for H22 in a 98+ Accord

has anyone done this swap before? I notice that the drivers side mount is different from mines, it has this bracket looking thing-a-mabob! what is needed for this mount?

What I did:
Remove the mount bolted to the f23 block, trim excess off of the mount so it wont interfere with the timing belt.
Two of the three holes on the f23 mount will line up with the h22 block.
the bottom whole is the one that does not line up.
The first time I did this swap, I cut the mount about a 1/2 inch above the bottom hole, moved it over to where it would line up and then had it welded.
The second time I simple notched the hole on the bottom, so I could get the bolt in.
Both ways seem to work fine. No problems yet.

Then just reuse the f23 driver side bracket and mount on the chassis.
