a friend of mine got this new **** called amsoil...any good? he's got tons of papers to back up what he says...but i just dont know

I'm breaking mine in with Honda 5W-30, after the first 1000 I may go to Amsoil. It is very good stuff, but at about $8 a quart it can be pricy for some.

so it actually is good? he says the the 0-30w is THE best for hopped up 4 bangers...i dunno tho...i think 5-30w would be great...but is it as good as what im actually hearing?
