mismatched axels in gsr swap...
Ok, the two on the left are what came with my '95 gsr engine (jdm w/lsd --> '94 hatch). The one on the right is a cut one that i pulled out of the tranny. The left one seems to fit fine so far, but obviously the two on the right are different.
Is it somthing that the lsd tranny had going that the regular tranny didn't? That's a female connection that i need to plug into the half shaft. I'm thinking of switching the two end caps, but will the length be right? Are these even gsr axels? I'm tired of exchanging so many parts with this guy.

The axle on the far right is the correct driver's side axle for B series from 94-01. The driver's side has a female end which connects to the intermediate shaft. The 90-93 Integra axles both look the same - male on both ends.

thanks for the responses. the two axels on the left are definately different. Teh balancer is a different shape forsure. I'm not sure which one on the left is the correct gsr axel, if any. Does the passenger side gsr axel have the bevel shaped balancer or no.
I guess i can't recommend jspecauto in montreal, too many mistakes. I just hope the engine is good.

ok here are some better pictures. I'm trying to figure out which one is the passenger side axel (if either). Obviously the cut one is the drivers side, but can anyone tell which of the other two is the passenger side one. Perhaps by the balancer?
thanks for all thehelp

here is my suggestion, ALL those axles look pretty used and i wouldn't put them on my car. Go to your local autozone, pepboys, kragen and order yourself a remanufactured axle for the side you need. When they ask for a core, throw one of those axles back. Finally, you have the right axle, and it's in good condition.

agreed but it also appears that on my axle theres a band arround the protruding end of the balancer and there is a clean stripe on yours where perhaps it was removed.
