Default ls/vtek or turbo?

Found a cheap ls motor and wanted to know where I could get the most power for less. I am going to get a 99 hatch and was thinking building the car for boost or all motor. I am look to build the motor that is going to be a daily driver and wont be breaking down all the time. The catch is don't want to spend a boat load. What do you guys think?

thanks
Dave
