LS/VTEC oil lines
yeah it's been coverd, but H-T search sucks
Flamenco T has them...$65 shipped, but i wanna go cheaper.
so anyone got a cheaper alternative? i gotta get them for a kid..and he wants a preassembled kit.
so what up?

Just so you know, the -4 lines can be bought for around $20 at most shops that deal with dirt track cars. They use them for brake lines. They have the ends on them and are ready to bolt on. All you'd need are the fittings for the VTEC oil port on the head. I used one 18" long with the Golden Eagle adapter plate and it's a clean install, plus the plate has a port for the oil pressure guage.

Go to a fittings shop. Usually you can get (well, we can) a 20" (or longer if you really want) steel braided line, -4 AN fitting to the back of the head, and a "T" with 1/8" NPT fitting male & female fitttings (for block and oil pressure sending unit) and a -4 AN fitting for the hose (those are the only 3 parts you need), for under $20.
