LS Vtec or GS-R swap
hey guys, some of you might remeber me from a few months back asking all kindas of newbie questions, anyways i fianlly got in with a local import club kinda thing, anyways, i was wondering, i have that GS-R still sitting in my garage, should i take the vtec head and do a LS/Vtec or should i just do the swap, i'm leaning toward the ls/vtec did some light reading on it and it looks like i'll get more power out of it, anyone here done the swap or ls/vtec before, all comments will be cool

IMO I would stick w/ the GSR motor. Ls blocks dont have your oil squirters and have a different c/r. In order to create a reliable ls/vtec you would need forged pistons. like stated, if want to do mate a vtec head to anything I would do the b20. If you are planning on doing the ls/vtec atleast get some arp rod bolts and it would be wise to bump ur c/r to get its full power.
