LS Crankshaft and Rods into GSR

LS Crankshaft and Rods into GSR
Im looking into swapping out the gsr crank and rods for b18b crank and rods... Ive read many post about this is still dont understand whats need.... Can anyone explain whats needed to be done?

well when i di it there seemed to be a clearance issue with the gsr oil squirters so i ran the golden eagle plugs...other then that it was a straight forward bolt it...rod bearings are a lil different between the gsr and ls so unless you are having the rods notched for thinner bearings buy ls rod bearings

What would the purpose of this be? i'm sure there is one I don't know of like the rods only fit this crank and rods are longer for higher compression probably, but isn't the gsr crankshaft much more balanced than an ls = one reason for reving higher.
