LS block; GSR Internals?

LS block; GSR Internals?
I got a LS block laying around and i have a GS-R. The GS-R has a bad block but I have good pistons, rods, crank and head. I was thinking of putting everything in the LS block, pretty much the only thing that'll be LS is the block itself. There should be no issues here right except tapping the oil for VTEC right?
