I plan to do this swap the right way. I have the complete B18a and I have a complete B16a . I did a search and found some info. this link proved to be the most helpfull. as for as machanical stuff http://www.c-speedracing.com/h...c.php
my question is the engine is OBD1 and the head is OBD 0 and the car is a 91 Civic Si (OBD 0) I am currently running a B16a with a PR3 ecu will that same ECU work for me as long as I run the block sensors the same as the B16a.

Next question for people how have this LS vtec swap how do you like the out come? is it better than a GSR swap?

I would like to here some info on how poeple like there LS Vtec swaps. Is this a stronger combo than a B16 or a GSR swap.?

I will also be running a B16 tranny.
and maybe upgraded cams (but unsure what cams would work best)

I would like to here some feedback before I go and take my b16a out and take it apart to build this LS Vtec and it not make a bit of differance in performance.

Is the LS Vtec Better than a B16 set up?

For Turbo or any FI, yes the b18b is better than the b16, but the B18c would be better for boost, I had a friend of mine that had a GSR and the boost to his motor was like beer, it wanted more and it made pretty good numbers as well.
