Default ls in a 6th gen civic

i previously wanted to go the forced induction route but i think i'm going to change my mind. I have a 97 ex civic 4dr and i first wanted to go with a b18c swap but my budget won't allow it. So I decided on a b18b and not the b16 because of the torque issue. I basically know all the parts i need for the swap except for the a/c and power steering. What brackets will i need and do i have to use ones from the integra. Also kind of a silly question, but with the d16 tranny work on the ls motor. I just want to make sure from what a guy at a shop around my house told me

No D-series will work with a B-series different mounting points.
