looking for specs and cost of a 91 B18b (ls motor) for my 91 dx hatch
i can't find anything on this motor at all!!! i heard it has the cable trans so i would like to check it out if i could. Please help

well, firstly, its called the b18a and briefly, its has 130hp, 121lbs tq, 1834cc, cable tranny yes, it weighs 298lbs dry (w/o tranny) and it will need aftermarket mounts to fit into your car.

well, firstly, its called the b18a and briefly, its has 130hp, 121lbs tq, 1834cc, cable tranny yes, it weighs 298lbs dry (w/o tranny) and it will need aftermarket mounts to fit into your car.

I honestly know little about the swap itself. hafta wait for some experience to post or track them down on the civic forum here. I know the ys1 tranny came with the '92, '93 tegs, i believe the '91 was just s1. Doesn't make a difference tho.
Yes the 91 teg is obd0.
I remember a few things from researching the zc swap for a '90 cx hatch, i recall the need for an si throttle cable, resistor pack for the fuel injectors. You will need the teg axels and shift linkage and compute and harness too. I don't know about the modifitions needed to any of em.
