Little more help with my swap please.
Alright I finally got my B18B running, but it sputters as if one cylinder isn't fireing. I have a 94 B18B in a 93 CX hatchback. I was using the LS harness, but couldn't ge tit started with it so I switched back to the cx harness and it starts fine, but it sputters really bad. I checked the codes and im getting a 16(open circuit inm the fuel injection or a bad injector) and a 41(I didn't wire up the 4 wire O2 yet)
Does anybody have any advice. Thanks!!!

find out which injector is bad, and put in the 2nd O2 sensor...I'd guess the faulty injector is your problem- either clogged open, flodding the cylinder, or no fuel at all. take out the plugs and smell them, see if there's one that's a different color - that'll be the cylinder.

Turn on engine, unplug the plug wires one by one. Find out if your running on all cylinders, if you take one out and the nothing happens, then that's your cylinder. If this doesn't help, then pull the plugs and check em out and go from there. Wire up that O2 as well before you do anything, that'll make a difference.

thanks guys...I already pulled each injector individually and I couldn't find out which one was the bad one. They all had the same effect. I will wire the O2 in tonioght and hopefully replace all the injectors with new ones I I just got. thanks.

Code 16 could also refer to a misfire condition(rich). Did you pull any codes with ls ecu when it didn't start. Wire O2 first. Check plugs, cap, rotor.

Re: Little more help with my swap please. (RWDdrifter)
I didn't pull any codes when the car wouldn't start, but once I switched harnesses I could start it but I got some codes. Also I switched to the cx ECU top see what would happen and it runs the same but I don't get any codes on that ECU, only on the LS ecu. thnaks again for the help. Oh where could I find a writup on how to wire a 4 wire O2.
