I've got this friend who put a B18C in a 93 VX hatchback. He used his wiring harness from the VX motor but is throwing a code 41 error. Does anyone know how to wire up the O2 sensor using a VX wiring harness and a b18C ECU?

I know that the B18c engine uses the 4-wire 02 and I think the VX uses the 8-10 wire one, something silly like that. Why didn't you use teh GSR engine harness? It plugs right up and you won't hav ethe problems you are having. You need a Helms manual to solve your wiring woes......

When my friend got his engine from Japan, the wiring harness on it was all jacked up, but i'll check that thread and e-mail him a copy if it helps.-----------------thanks

I can tell you that the 4th plug inside the engine bay on the pass. side isn't used. I think thats the plug with the extra O2 wires.
