Default KS balance shaft elimantor kit question

ok im about to order my ks bs elimantor kit. someone told me i have to put the spacer the kit brings where the old balance shaft pully is. i wanted to know if i can use the spacer inside the crank pully wen i move 1/2 in over??

its an qsd h2b setup in an eg.


this is where im talking about. can i use the ks spacer here??
