Default k24 into 2000gsr

i was wondering about the tallness of the k24 and how low and high the k24 would sit in a teg?

I think it fits perfectly in the teg but a minor probleme with the EG, you only have to trim the hood a little.

hp numbers? stock not sure but i am going all motor and hope to hit high 200, 350 is near the top . some ppl will laff at that but its realistic

thats with around 12:1 built bottem, fully built head, hondata.

The Integra has more room under the hood than the Civic. The Hasport Kit which moves the engine further back than the other ones has no problems with a K24 under the hood.

As for HP, just a straight K24 is probably capable of 160+ at the wheels. With just a couple of runs on a dyno with a Hondata K-pro we got 153 whp. With some serious tuning we think we could get another 10 easy.

Slap on a Type S or R head, and 200 plus at the wheels has been achieved. We had a Type S head with Type R cams and a CRV block and got 208whp. That was with just a half a day at the dyno. The other mods at the time where Injen short intake and Comptech header. Just the CARB legal header not the race one. I'm sure we could have gotten 220 at the wheels using the stock K24A1 block with the race header and intake.
