Wassup HT, wanted some opinions. If i could swap out my B18C Type R for a K20R swap into my 94 Integra GSR, would this be a good daily driver or would it be too much of a beast as far as noise and reliability/maintenance cost? I know it costs a lot to put in a K but what about maintenance after that? I am also running a JDM ITR 2.5 inch Cat and B-Pipe hooked up to a Spoon N1 Muffler so what should i do down there once i put in the K20R so that my car isnt too loud? Should i swap out the Spoon N1 Muffler for a OEM JDM Type R muffler?

1.) Noise is dictated by what you modify on it. A stock engine is a stock engine regardless of what it is.

2.) Maintenance is maintenance. You'd still do the same things to it regardless.

3.) Cost is dictated by your wallet. If you can't afford it then you can't afford it.

That's my perspective but I do all my own work. If you're not that type of person then you'll definitely have a different point of view. Also, at least in my eyes, a "good daily driver" is meant to get you from point A to point B in a realiable manner. You don't need a K20R to do that. And since you already have a B18C Type R in your "daily" it should be more than enough for daily duty.
