I can't give you a number, but I will tell you this. The RSX-S transmission is geared to run wit the RSX-S' 205/55-16 wheel and tire combination. If you are running the shorter diameter, typical 205/45-16 or 195/55-15 than it is already going to be running higher than an RSX-S would be at the same speed. Right there, you know its not going to be an ideal cruising RPM especially @ 80 mph.
I wish I could get gearing like the new C6 corvette. 1100rpm @ highway speeds.

That doesn't mean anything unless the final drives are the same.

sure it does. It means that a RSX in 6th gear has the engine sitting about the same RPM as my GSR transmission in 5th gear. Sort of what he asked. And a transmission isn't geared for a tire size, at least no in a passanger car. You can run any size tire you want, but it will affect your gear ratios.
