Default Updated . . .K20 DC2 in progress... Motor is in / New pics and more to come

Check it fellas... Just about finished my custom brake setup for the K20 swap im doing... Everything here was a direct bolt on for a 97 LS integra. All custom lines from the stock MC to a 4040 prop valve.

Aeromotive Fuel filter in place and ready to roll.......

Next objective is routing the wiring harness into the engine bay for a clean tuck.

Finally got the motor in today. I had to fabricate a ghetto but cool mounting bracket for the flippin' radiator that would't fit properly. Radiator pics will be up tomorrow when its complete.

thanks a lot fellas. Do you think anyone would be interested in buying a custom set like this. I can get a few more kits made for a decent price.

It probably depends on price. I know shaved/tucked bays are usually sort of a one-off thing though, so I dunno. What would be included in the kit and do you know approximately how much it would cost?

not for nothing but why did you used custom lines if you were planning on keeping your prop valve on the fire wall?? i also used custom brake lines but i relocated my prop valve inside my cow panel. but it looks good man

I thought about doing that as well, but i wanted too keep that wow WTF is that look in the engine compartment. The idea u had is great also, looks nice and clean. I picked up a set of those fender bolt/washer deals off a dude on ebay, really nice hardware. Looks good man, detail is everything.

As for the price, i can probably get sets made in whatever color lines you want for prob. less than $175 with bolt on fittings minus the prop valve. I'd have to double check on the price though...

Default Updizzle on the K Twizzle.....

thanks man...

- Well, i got all the wiring done today including fogs, low/high beams, sidemarkers, -etc.

- I finished the RSX shifter mount as well which turned out very nice. The Karcepts kit is well put together and fits perfect.

- Re-loomed the Stock K-harness with some nice expandable sleeve and am now debating which way im gonna route the harness. I dont wanna cut anymore holes on the firewall so i may just run it tugged tight against the firewall in the stock location.

- remote battery jumper terminals installed for ease of jump starting (battery relocating to inner fender)

- Fuse Box tuck complete and battery relocation in progress, just waiting for the odyssey 680 aluminum mount to come in.

- Pics will be up in a few...

Thats the one we copied the design from. Although the one we made had supports for the rear section so it couldn't slip out. I saw that one online too but i needed to make sure their was support on all sides so nothing stupid would happen.

nice. your not going to run braided lines all the way to the back for your brakes are you? if so, i might look in to it twice if i were you. that much volume and pressure can cause the lines to expand. the ones in the bay would be fine, but id be leary about running all your lines with braided line
