k swap obd2 emissions?
when doing k swap or j swap into a 01 integra for example what will the emission station see when they plug in their scanner?
with and without kpro
theres whole bunch of discussions on forums but no definite answer. some people say they passed others say they didn't.
in WA we just have the obd2 plugin test. no visual inspection
