Default Just a quick h22-f22 wiring question...

whats up fellas, i didnt really give this a huge surch cause it was a kinda specific question, but i have an h22 in my 92 accord right now and when i did the swap i had hasport do the wiring ( i hate that ****) but now i might be putting an f22 back in my car while i build te h22.. my question is will the harness i have on the car now work for the f22 if i unpulg all the vtec stuff and ofcourse use the f22 ecu?? thanks guys....

i would think so, but i would just call hasport.

thanks man... anyone else ? there must be a few of you on here that have done a swap from an h22 back to the f22...

no it won't... you will have to use (should use) an unaltered wiring harness for your f22. you sent your f22 wiring harness off to hasport to have the plugs altered to fit on a H22... pretty much what they did was cut off the plugs on your f22b harness that fit only on the f22 and replace them with proper plugs that go on your new h22 transplant.

keep that functioning accord/h22a harness intact and look for another unmolested harness for your old engine (or find a replacement f22 with a harness on it) they are cheep.
