It matters a few things. One biggest thing is tuning. VAFC hack will not help you in the tuning dept. If you put a set-up together with the right things (fuel management), you will be surprised on what you can make.
Without tuning, you have no hope.

Run a good engine management. Uberdata is free. If you run the FMU and VAFC, it is not if it will blow, but when.

it will haul *** without the turbo. If i had it to do over I would have scrapped the h22 and boosted my f22b1 8psi.

if you plan on changing over the injectors you won't need the resistor box.
Also if you ar planning on boosting I wouldn't recomend using stock axles. Most 300whp or higher axles will use the prelude inter. shaft and not the integra-accord combo.
Also the H22 will work fine at stock boost and makes more hp and tq than b-series at stock boost. If you plan on running high boost you will need to get your motor sleeved but that goes along with any honda block. There are plenty of people running boosted h series safely on the streets.Good luck

to make real power get real engine management and a great tuner. there are several people around the US who have made 400+ hp on stock block H22A's. The most recent I have heard of made around 450 whp here n Texas.

Re: (h22CRAZY)
Doing all that sound like you don't mind spending that green. I would just buy some cams. I have ridden in a H22 with JUN cams and a H22 with Skunk 2 cams. They both were pretty crazy. Have you thought about getting a head package that way you can get everything at once?

Re: (hondacrazy99)
Start by getting your H22 into your civic get it running. Then go from there, your all over the place here ....
Do you have all the parts you need to get this motor in your civic? Let us know what you have and maybe we can tell you what your missing.
