jdm vs usdm gear ratios? help please
do the usdm b16a2(3) trannies and the jdm b16a ones have the same gear ratios?? my friend has been driving at 4K rpm in fifth gear only doing 60 ish. he has a the b16a. if you have anythoughts we are open to suggestions to lower the rpm's. thnx

Same gearing on all of the hydro B16A trannies. Swap in a GSR 5th gear if you want to lower the cruising rpm.

This will be a related question for this topic. A guy want to sell me a 99-00 Si Tranny with 4.785 final drive and ITR LSD for $1200. Do you all think that it is worth that much?
