Default JDM Type R swap question

Hey guys,
I ordered a JDM Type R complete swap and was just thinking. Are the axle splines the same as my hatch? I didn't know if they would work or not knowing the lug pattern was different....is the spline different too? Is there anything else that might not work besides the obvious? I'm converting it to OBD1 so I already know all of the stuff that I needed for it. Any input would be appreciated.

JDM axles have a larger hub size than usdm axles. might have a problem with that.

ok..now I have two different answers. Who on this board has personal experience with what I am talking about? Will they work or do I need to get other axles...and if they are a larger hub diameter, is the transmission side of the drive shafts larger also? If that is the case, then what in the hell will work? Please advise.

just because its a jdm motor dosent mean your getting jdm axles
ask the place where you ordered the swap
99% chance they are not sending you jdm axles...

Japan usually just cuts the axles off.
