JDM H22 Wiring Harness onto an F22A1?

JDM H22 Wiring Harness onto an F22A1?
I am in the process of swapping my H23 Vtec powered EG to a gas-sipping F22A1. I have done everything minus the wiring, and am now really confused.
I took a look at the harnesses and saw that they are very different from each other. I was wondering if there is anyway to use the H22 harness since the F22 one won't connect to 2 of the 3 connectors coming from the ECU to the passanger's side shock tower.
Also, can anyone point me into a SPECIFIC direction of how I'm supposed to change from the internal dizzy (H22A) to the external?
