Default JDM gsr run on b16b ecu?

here's the story-

obd2a JDM GSR in EK hatch. i am going to run a Skunk2 intake mani so no IAB. I am not going to run a second 02 sensor.

i obviously can't use the ecu that comes with the swap, so i am going to run the same engine management i used for my d, the Apexi Power FC. I have a fresh unit with it's inherent b16b map. I can use the commander to lower the rev limit, as well as maybe adjust the injector sizing down from the Power FC's stock 280cc b16b sizing to the 240cc GSR size, but i will not do any other tuning with it; i'll get tuned by boosted-hybrd within the next couple weeks with the Power Excel software.

How off will the b16b maps be? Will i be risking the engine at all? As a bandaid, i can send the ECU to get a b18cR or b16a base map put on it until i get tuned, but i am not sure if they are any better vs. the b16b map. are either of those better?

and...getting another ecu is not an option! i must run the PowerFC.

update: talked to boosted-hybrid (jeff evans) and he said i'd be fine with this map and maybe a few psi extra fuel pressure just to be extra safe until tune day. he said of the 3 choices for pre-tuning maps, the b18cR would be the closest to what i need, but between the 16b abd 18c5(R) it'd be negligible.

any other input is encouraged, thanks.
