For the JDM D15B VTEC - you can use p08 or p28

P08 ECu if u can locate one would be easy
single wire o2 sensor and no VTP sensor

I'f you're not into wiring, get a DOHC or SOHC ZC non vtec to save you the trouble

I am finishing up this swap in my 89 CRX HF.

You don't want to mess with hydro tranny's... it'll require conversion which only equals more $$$ spent (there's nothing much better about a hydro tranny, but this is a matter of opinion-whether the time/$$ is worth it) So use a CRX Si tranny if you can find one (I wasn't able to in time https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emsad.gif)

Use the P08 Ecu... it came with this motor and is best setup for it.

If you go with hmotorsonline.com then you'll have most of what you need. You also need:
--P08 ECU
--ECU conversion harness (OBD0-OBD1) [I made my own; they usually cost $150-175]
--Wire, Solder, Soldering iron = all for the custom wiring work you'll need to do to add VTEC, OBD1 Injectors, etc to your engine bay harness
--Various New parts like belts, water pump, gaskets etc.

My brain's dead now... Can't think of the rest.... ugh

BTW, if you don't wish to mess with the majority of the wiring, I can do it for you. You'd just need to mail me your engine bay harness from the CRX and the new motor and I'd fix you up... got another fella that's wanting my help... haven't figured out the costs yet... let me know if you're interested. (I worked in a computer hardware design company for a couple of years and my work looks professional https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...es/emsmile.gif)
