Does the jdm b20b have the same compression as a USDM b20z? are the fuel and ignition tables different for the USDM b20b/z and jdm b20b?

CR is the same.

Dunno about the ECUs. Typically they are not imported with the longblocks.

What you wrote gave me a headache! Well your friends are stupid for buying the same pistons. Probably because they don't know what they're buying.

96-98 B20B's in japan and US are pretty much the same.
99-00 JDM b20Bs are the same as the B20Z found in the use and come with a knock sensor and also that air chamber thing on top of the intake manifold.
