Default JDM B18C SiR-G Into EF

Im thinking of a JDM B18 SiR for my 89 CRX HF. I know a type R is more potent but I was wondering by how much. I like the idea of the GSR style 2 stage manifold for bottom end torque as back roads are my goal. Plus maybe a mild supercharger on the SiR down thee road. Ideas? Input with having driven these 2 combo's?

Also Ive got a ECU OBD0 to OBD1 adapter on the way so if i could be directed to a wiring diagram I could complete the process myself. Ive checked some other threads and they're full of dead ends and bad links.... thanks all
