I have a 99 GSR OBD2 Integra. I recently blew my motor due to a bad oil pump. so I ordered a jdm OBD2 b18c motor. when it arrived I noticed it came off an automatic car. so I put my MT on the car and droped the motor in. after working out most of the little kinks. I dont think my motor is hitting vtec its very quite...only codes im throwing is p1337 which CKF which I know I dont have that sensor. and its throwing p0141 secondary 02 sensor. the car has a rought idle other than that it feels good. I just dont think its hitting vtec. I can not hear it cross over but it does still pull up top. does vtec hit weaker on automatic cars. or is the motor the same? or is my p1337 causing me not to hit vtec? any help appreciated just to clarify things im using a stock p72 ecu and tranny that came with my gsr teg. and im using the usdm engine harness.

you don't have vtec cause you didn't switch your vtec solenoid from your US engine to the JDM engine....jdm vtec solenoids do not have an oil pressure switch....if you still have the US ecu that is why you don't have vtec

I switched to the usdm vtec solenoid already. I took it off my old motor

You can't crossover if you're throwing an O2 code

ummm I dunno about that I was throwing the 02 sensor code before my old gsr blew and that thing was nailing vtec can anyone comfirm this?

I was throwing this code before the swap I changed out my o2 sensor with a bosch one from advanced auto and the code is still there. I erased and corrected every other code
