hi guys. i finally got the swap running but i have a few little bugs to work out.... the biggest one is my tach signal..... i'm just not getting one. i know the tach has power and is working. it just seems there is no signal coming from the little blue wire (the tach wire in the engine bay). any ideas? is there anywhere else i can source the tach signal...? also, there is a blue wire on the distributor plug from the jdm gsr motor that does not meet any wire on my usdm si harness. any ideas what that wire is for? thanks in advance.

when i got my swap up and running i had the same problem. the first thing i did was check the spedometer sensor in the tranny area (i cant describe exactly where it is) well i replaced it with a different sensor and then all worked fine. maby that could be your problem. just a thought

you mean the vss...? turns out the mystery blue wire on the dizzy was the tach signal. ran it to my tach and it now works.
