JDM B16A Swap into a 1991 crx si... What axels?
like the topic says,
im making a list of stuff i need
so far i have
Motor ,Tranny Ecu, Hasport mount / linkage, si/sir wiriging harness, water pump, timing belts, lots of fluids cuz that engines gonna need it, spark plugs, wires,
what else do you guys recommened? and what axels do i use for the swap. im not doing the swap myself ima take it in somewhere but i dont feel like calling them asking 10000 questions so ill bother you people

Depending on which tranny you have, most likely you will need to use 90-93 Integra axles. If you have a Y1 tranny and half-shaft, then you will need to use SiR axles or just use 90-93 teg axles and half-shaft. I would also consider changing the clutch assembly as well before the motor goes in.

oh of course, as many burn outs and ricer hunting i will be doing... i definatly need something that can take a beating.

dont forget the 90-93 teg rear tranny bracket and throttle cable. Also in regards to axles, if you have a y1 tranny with intermediate shaft i would recommend getting the s1 i-shaft. The s1 I-shaft is the same as the 90-93 teg I-shaft. I have a y1 w/ lsd and the original y1 i- shaft made for axles that didnt last but 6 months. I swapped in the 90-93 teg axles and i-shaft and ive had no probs. Good luck with the swap. Anything else feel free to PM me.
