Default J swap 97 hatch

Allright guys, i plan on doing a j32a tl type s into my ek. Ive slowly started gathering parts i will need but im starting to get confused at some parts of the swap. My main problem is what ecu do i use? Im going to use the 03-06 accord transmission and shifterbox but the j32 is auto. does anyone know how to get around that?

Use the auto j32 ecu or aem v2
