Default itr swap -Should I change fuel pump????

I have a 95 civic ex. I just put a jdm itr swap in. Does the civic ex fuel pump
pump enough fuel to run that motor?? Do you think that the civic fuel pump is not allowing the itr motor to run it best? would a gs-r pump be better? If it makes a difference is what I what to know?? I've a use a type-r pump will that be better then the gs-r pump

The EX should supply adequate fuel to the motor, but considering it's age and all it might be better to install a newer, bigger pump. You can install a B series pump very easily though so if it makes you feel safer then go for it. The GSR, ITR and 99-00 Si pumps are the same pump.
