Default ITR crank in B20 block

I searched around, didnt find the exact info Im looking for. I know you can use an ITR crank in a B20 block, but are there any modifications needed? And if I want to keep the r/s ratio of the B20 can I get B20 rods/pistons? Or should I just keep ITR lenght rods/pistons in the B20 block? I think the r/s ratio is only .03 difference. Any insight would be appreciated.
