what kind of header do you have? a high end header will net you some more power compared to a lower end one.
cams are also an idea, and witha tune you should make over 200.

just some ideas..

You put a "lesser" manifold on an ITR? Nonetheless, there is some good info in the All Motor forum.

put back your itr manifold. do a port-n-polish on the head, and get ITB. along with cams and all that good stuff.

You should go back to the ITR intake mani, Skunk2 stage 2 cams and springs with titanium retainers...and port and polish the head and port match the itr mani. what size exhaust do you have? you should also think about bigger injectors, somewhere around 330's, and a bigger throttle body. a clutch and a lightweight flywheel will also help get more of your power to the ground.

you should also try something more than a chipped ecu, something like Hondata.

well I would save up and do all the head stuff at the same time. send it out for port and polish, order the parts when you do so when your head is done you should have the parts by the time it gets back. bolt it all up and go dyno tune it with the Hondata. gauranteed over 200 whp just with that.

im gonna grab the skunk2 stage 2 cams w/ titanium springs, retainers maybe a thinner head gasket to raise compression lil more, hondata s200 and then prolly a jdm4-1 or rmf header bc they have 2.5inch collector i am running a comp tech which is only 2.25
