Interchange parts from B18A to B20?
Before someone says it, I realize that the pistons won't fit.
I picked up a B20 bare block.
It has nothing in it but the main caps.
I was thinking about buying a B18A, since they're not too hard to find, to use all of its parts on the B20.
Will everything swap across, inside and outside?
or do I need to use a B18B?
Thanks
Jamie

Anyone, anyone, Bueller Bueller
Is there an on line Fiche/parts diagram site I could compare part numbers on my own?

OK, let me re-phrase this question.
Is there any part that only comes on the B20B/Z, besides the pistons, that doesn't come on a B18A?
I'm planning on picking up a B18A.
I'm pretty sure the crank and rods will swap straight across.
I know all the pumps interchange, I was planning on using new Type R oil and water pumps.
I'm mainly focusing on the external stuff and I'm pretty sure that stuff is the same.
Any input?
Am I in the wrong forum?

Re: Interchange parts from B18A to B20? (b20x)
Thanks for the links. It helped some.
The web sites list part numbers but I'm pretty sure they're not actual Honda part numbers since they're not the same as the Acura ones. The oil pan bolts list the same size and lenght but different part numbers. I can't imagine that they'd make more than one style of the same bolt to hold the oil pan on.
I guess I need someone who knows or else I need to just go buy the LS engine and build the B20 up to figure it out.
