Integra LS ECU not working with LS swap in Civic with Si Harness????
Motor is swapped and im using an 99-00 Si harness with the 99-00 Integra LS motor. When the LS OBD2B ecu is plugged in it does not work with the car (no fuel pump turning on). When the OBD2B DX ecu is used the car fires and runs perfectly. What may be causing the ecu not to turn on the pump and obviously not to run the motor??? Please help if you can. More info can be given if you are able to help too. Thanks in advance.

You have to move pin a16 to a15 or vice versa. I forget the exact pin, but I'll go check it out.

That would be the problem.

I dont believe it to be a problem with the immobilizer. Its a brand new factory LS ECU with out the matching key for the immobilizer to effect the start up.

Open up your ecu, and take a pic. If it is a 00, then you'll most likely have an immobilizer. It's pretty easy to remove. If not, I guarantee its that pin that you have to move.
