Default integra les b18 motor in a civic

I just bought a 89 civic and i want to put a integra ls motor in it quick . It problably isn't worth it but am going to any way what would be the esayiest and cheapest way to do it?

I am kind a new at this i had a mazda before this. It had a rotary engine so i need a little guidence
