WTF. My car was running great last night, so Im driving and drop it to 3rd on the highway and go to accelerate and boom, the tachometer dies, battery light comes on and the car is slowing down.

I pull to the side of the highway and realize my ecu isnt getting power. So I look under the hood and the 15A fuse is blown. So I grab my interior light 15a and swap it, turn the key to the on position and the ecu flashes, then fuel pump primes for a second, then dies.

I keep swapping and even put in some 20A fuses just to see if it was strong enough and they still blow instantly. I checked all my wires, o2 grounds, etc.

What else should I check. I searched and most people say the o2 was grounding out, but mine for sure isnt.

If your car is obd2 your secondary o2 could be grounding out. if not, it's gotta be some wire leading to the ecu grounding out. From what I hear, don't swap the fuse with a bigger one, or u could start a fire or have more problems. Since the fuse is blowing instantly it's gotta be a grounded wire thats not suppose to be. Hope this helps a little. Other ppl chime in and help this person.
