A I have a H23 complete motor and I am trying to put a H22 Head on it to make it an H23Vtec can I use my H23 cam gears instead of H22 cam gears so I want have to change a whole bunch of **** on my motor.

Yes, you can..... same chit (like B-series cam gears)
BTW, unless you put high comp pistons into a H23 block, the H23-VTEC swap really isn't worth it as the overall static compression of the motor will be lower than a H22A motor.

so the only diff in the cam gears on an H23 compared to an h22 is the number of teeth/diamter? cause i know that H23a1 cam gears and B series ones are exactly the same.

Ok so h23 cam gears will work fine if you use them on a h23 vtec??? Because I know you are supposed to use an h22 timing belt and replace all the other gears that touch it. But if you used H23 cam gears you could use and H23 timing belt and leave all of the other gears the same. Is that right? I didnt know if the H23 Cam Gears are different from the H22 cam gears. Please let me know...

if you dont make 200hp with that setup then something is wrong... we made 200hp/150tq from a basicly stock jdm h22a.. all it had done was type S cams.
once we put some cam gears and get a real intake and fix the exhaust 205-210hp
