I would really like someone's last opinion. I drive a 97 EK, I'm going with a B18C JDM TYPE R. I've already gone ahead and done millions of searches and have gathers lots of info on this swap, but can anyone PLEASE post a detailed "HOW TO INTO AN EK" with a list of the things I'm going to need as far as Motor Mounts, A/C bracket, Wiring. Thanks alot guys

I do not have all the information for you but I will tell you what I do know...

1: You need B-series Shift Linkage.
2: Convert to OBD-1 using a downgrade plug and an OBD-1 P72 Gsr ECU.
3: You are going to need all of the GSR mounts except for the lower front passenger tranny mount..
4: To keep A/C, you will want to use a GSR A/C condensor, they do make a kit to use a D-Series A/C piece with the Gsr mount... Look into it, I am not sure who makes it
5:You are going to need GSR upper and Lower radiator hoses...

You will need a wiring diagram, I am not sure about the wiring in the OBD-2 cars, sorry. I am not sure about the exhaust inyour car either...I am pretty sure that you can use the throttle cable that you have in the car now...

Cant I use the type r ECU that im getting with the motor? How many mounts exactly do I need then. And as far as the A/C i thought i can use the 96 del sol bracket part #38930-P54-000. What year motor would be better to get OBD1 or OBD 2
