1. You need a 96-98 Ex harness. A 2000 Si WILL NOT work.
2. You need an OBD II (96-98) ecu (ITR or Del Sol)...
if you plan on using another ecu, you need to purchase an adapter harness from JDMhondaparts.com or Skunk2 and the ecu that you want (usually a chipped p28 will do the trick).

Different ECU connector to the chassis...its the green one in the passanger compartment by the ECU. I tried to think of a way to get it to work, but I couldn't.

I used a 00 Si harness . But that is because I am just good like that

Actually he is right.....The way I was able to use that harness was I converted my 96 CX to 00 Si specs.....ie: the dash and all interior wiring. Kind of cool cause now I have a CX hatch that reminds me (cause it is the same parts ) as my old 00 Si

Your easiest way would be 96-98 EX wire harness and a 96 Delsol DOHC brain or a jumper harness with DOCH program.

Yeah, I think that there was like one or two years where the Del Sol had an OBD II ecu. My friend runs that computer in his 96-98 EK.

Those things are worth their weight in gold. Any P30 or OBD 1 P72 is worth like 3 bills.
