IAV's not working on my JDM H22A intake manifold in my 92 civic
The engine is a 92-96 OBDI. I know these valves are vacuum operated. Can anyone point me in the right direction to make these function? I.E. Vacuum diagram, possible faults or faulty parts that may cause them to stay closed?

http://www.slhondaparts.com has diagrams in teh parts catalog, and you can look athe lude diagrams to see where stuff runs.
