Default B18b Swap help. (I swear i did a search!)

I also bought a acura manual, but it was for a 95 so i dun have a diagram for obd 2! What i need to know is :im puttin a Y2K ls motor and ecu in my 99 civic lx. the B18B has a complete harness attached to it, not cut. would i use that harness, or the one off the d16? ALso do i have to change any ecu pinouts? I did search, and i can not find any answers, so please please help. I will forever be in your genius' debt. Thanks!
