Default I need some good advice here.

Alright, so right now i'm building an LS Vtec. So far this is what has been done.

Full machine work on the b18b block, .20 over.
Port/Polish, 3 angle valve job JDM B16a head. stock everything else.
SRP 11.5-1 ls/vtec pistons
Eagle h beam rods
stock LS crank (magnafluxed, mic'd, everything is good with it)
golden eagle ls/vtec kit w/arp head studs
skunk2 intake manifold
type R oil pump
GSR water pump & T belt

so thats basically what i'm running. Now, I have a few concerns.

What kind of fuel management am I going to need with that compression? Is a chipped p28 going to cut it, or should I look into megasquirt or hondata?

Do I need the girdle? I plan on shifting at 8,000 at the most, and only on the dyno/at the track.

Will the LS oil pick up work with the oil pump im using?

Any other suggestions/comments/horsepower estimates/anything would be appreciated. I'm really not too sure about where to go from here, and i'd like to be a little more confident before I bolt this bad boy together and pay the machine shop 150 bucks to balance it.

Thanks so much.
